“Intelligence” star Josh Holloway has been thrown into the casting rumours for upcoming Batman-Superman film “Man of Steel 2.” The circulating casting reports for the character Aquaman apparently reached the model-turned-actor and he sounded interested in portraying the role while giving his reaction about it.
In the IGN interview, Josh Holloway admitted that getting cast as Aquaman in “Man of Steel 2” would be a cool experience. “I’m an actor, I like different roles. Batman movies are awesome, Marvel movies are awesome,” the 44-year-old former “Lost” actor shared.
However, Mr Holloway confessed the problem he must deal with if he indeed gets cast in the movie sequel: work schedule. “I’m in a series right now. I think they usually want to sign you up for several movies and I don’t know if you can do that when you’re committed to a series,” Josh revealed.
In the “Man of Steel 2” film that Zack Snyder will direct, British actor Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman as well as Amy Adams who portrays character Lois Lane. Ben Affleck and “Fast and Furious 6” star Gal Gadot will be joining the cast members as superheroes Batman and Wonder Woman, respectively.
